Synopsis

In Sunset Park, Brooklyn, escalating rents represent a consequence of environmental injustice and the decline of industries that once provided livelihoods for its people. The purchase of a vast waterfront industrial complex by a global developer, followed by proposals for an "innovation district," ignites a conflict over the neighborhood’s destiny and, by extension, the future of New York City.
