Synopsis

Captured within the confines of a small, subterranean space, this documentary offers an intimate glimpse into an unconventional hair salon. The proprietor, Sabine, a Cameroonian immigrant with a warm presence, presides over a world of extensions and lashes. While working, she and her staff weave stories alongside their craft: dispensing romantic counsel, exchanging whispers about potential changes to immigration policy, and reminiscing about life in Cameroon.
