Do today's college students display apathy and self-absorption? Two decades after the National Guard's deadly response to student anti-war protests, Jim Klein, a filmmaker who was once a '60s radical (known for *Union Maids* and *Seeing Red*), returns to the campus of Kent State. He seeks to examine the truth beneath prevailing stereotypes. Joined by sun-kissed patrons of a local tanning salon, activists now working as professors, and an ROTC captain, Klein considers the shifting social current
