Synopsis

Sharon Shattuck’s father’s coming out as transgender occurred during a period of adolescent uncertainty for his daughter, as she navigated the complexities of middle school. Now, as the Shattucks gather to organize Sharon’s wedding, she finds herself grappling with a desire to understand how her parents’ marriage, and their family, endured.
