Synopsis

Old Blanco remains incarcerated for the murder of his wife, maintaining his innocence even now. His appearance before the Parole Board seemed destined for release, yet he stunned everyone by rejecting their offer. He explained that accepting parole would be tantamount to admitting guilt—a confession of wrongdoing in a case where he was unjustly convicted. He declared he would only leave prison upon receiving a full pardon. Fletcher then conceived a plan to aid him.
