Synopsis

The authorities summoned Popeye the Detective when news arrived of a gorilla’s escape from the city zoo. Together, Popeye and Olive devised a strategy for its recapture; Popeye would disguise himself as a female gorilla, hoping to draw the escaped animal back towards its enclosure.
