Synopsis

The billionaire Popeye, curious to observe how his friends would manage wealth, distributed a million dollars apiece. He intended to see who among them would prove the most judicious in its use. However, they quickly exhausted their fortunes and, predictably, came pleading for more. Disappointed by their lack of restraint, Popeye resolved to donate the remainder of his considerable assets to the Poor Sailor Fund.
