Synopsis

Olive pleaded with Dr. Quack – known to most as Brutus – to rid Popeye of his persistent hiccups. Unbeknownst to her, however, Dr. Quack harbored a far more ambitious scheme: he desired to see Popeye’s Spinach Health Juice banished from shelves and Olive firmly within his grasp.
