Synopsis

Old Poopdeck Pappy amuses little Swee’ Pea with tales of his daring exploits out West. Popeye suspects these stories are tall ones, and Pappy, determined to demonstrate their truthfulness, frequently finds himself in need of rescue thanks to the resulting predicaments.
