Synopsis

Popeye and Olive were enjoying a leisurely outing, trying out Popeye’s newly built boat. Their peaceful voyage on the open water was abruptly interrupted by the appearance of Jolly Roger, a notorious pirate. To Roger's immediate displeasure, his attention settled upon Olive, and he swiftly decided to make her his captive. With a cruel flourish, the pirate spirited her away, then unleashed a school of ravenous sharks in pursuit of Popeye.
