Synopsis

The lift shuddered to a halt, trapping Nipper within with four others. A disconcerting stillness followed, quickly replaced by a rising tide of unease. Then, a groan of metal – a sickening lurch – as the counterweight detached, plunging the situation into perilous uncertainty. Rescue efforts became fraught with complications, the fate of those inside hanging precariously in the balance.
