Synopsis

A high-speed collision between two police vehicles resulted from a vehicle exceeding the speed limit. In a separate incident, a man diagnosed with cancer was discovered in possession of a significant quantity of marijuana. During an arrest, officers were compelled to use a taser on a subject who proved uncooperative.
