Synopsis

In pursuit of a fleeing suspect, law enforcement employed increasingly forceful tactics. An intoxicated man attempting to escape by vehicle found himself cornered, boxed in by officers. Simultaneously, responding to a report of gunfire, police located individuals believed to be involved.
