Synopsis

A shadow has fallen upon the city with the arrival of Ash and his companions. A peculiar Pokémon, cloaked in crimson and known as Red Lightning, has been relentlessly defeating every Trainer in town. Its victories are marked by a chilling arrogance, a display of villainy that unsettles all who witness it. May's hopes for a pleasant day are shattered when Red Lightning humiliates her and her Squirtle, and now the heroes must delve into the mystery behind this unsettling power.
