Synopsis

A day was spent by the heroes at the Weather Research Institute. Their presence coincided with the arrival of Team Aqua, led by Shelly, who sought information regarding Legendary Pokémon. The heroes devised a plan to safeguard the Institute's data, but their efforts were undermined by a surprising act of treachery within the scientific staff.
