Synopsis

Ash and his companions arrive back in Mauville City to find it hosting a carnival commandeered by Team Rocket. Eager for some fun, they release their Pokémon to partake in the festivities, only to be met with an attempt by the villains to steal them. Fortunately, Wattson and Watt appear to intervene, joining the fray and repelling the would-be thieves. Following the battle, Wattson’s Electrike undergoes a transformation, evolving into a Manectric. The group then proceeds to the Mauville Gym f
