Synopsis

Beyond the city limits of Blackthorn, Ash encounters Gym Leader Clair, who is preparing her Dratini for an important ritual. However, Team Rocket has set its sights on the Dragon-type Pokémon, and Ash and Clair find themselves compelled to join forces to thwart their schemes.
