Synopsis

Back in Virbank City, Ash and his companions encounter Halsey, the leader of a rescue team comprised of his two Frillish, a Dewott, and a Watchog. N, harboring a deep distrust of Pokémon willingly risking themselves for humans, views the Watchog – seemingly unsuited for such perilous tasks – as merely a tool. This perspective sparks an ideological conflict between Halsey and N, yet the two young men must overcome their differences when a fire erupts in Virbank City's Industrial Complex.
