Synopsis
Having earned his sixth badge, Ash and his companions encountered Stephan. He was in town for the Bell of Wishes Festival, taking place that very day. Learning that the victor would have the privilege of ringing the bell atop Mistralton Tower and receiving a wish fulfilled, Ash, Iris, and Cilan resolved to participate in the festival.
