Synopsis

A blockage caused by a Wailord has confined the boats within Canalave's harbor, preventing Dawn from catching a ferry to her next Contest. With little else to do, she settles down for lunch, only for a spirited Luxio and its Pokémon companions to pilfer her meal. Pikachu and Piplup give chase, but their pursuit leads them directly into the path of Team Rocket.
