Synopsis

A Pokémon researcher devised a device intended to foster camaraderie between his Quagsire and Magnemite. However, a malfunction caused the effect to spread throughout the surrounding region, binding the water and electric Pokémon in an unnatural friendship. Tragically, Ash’s Pikachu and Dawn’s Piplup were also affected, becoming utterly inseparable. Learning of the device, the group assisted the researcher in achieving his aim without it, thereby freeing their Pokémon from the strange enchantmen
