Synopsis

Ash, Brock, and Dawn find themselves before Wallace, the Champion of the Hoenn region. He announces plans for a Pokémon Contest, the prize a ribbon recognized throughout the land. The trio spends the day in Wallace’s company, during which he offers counsel: for Dawn, to foster a deeper connection with her Pokémon; and for Ash, to consider Buizel for participation in the contest. As the day concludes, Ash receives a call from his friend May.
