Synopsis

Wearily, Team Rocket encountered the Magikarp salesman once more, the memory of his previous deception – persuading James into purchasing several Magikarp – still fresh. James attempted to reclaim his money, but the salesman skillfully persuaded the trio to instead invest in an Evolution Machine. Meanwhile, Ash and his companions visited Oralie and Haley, two coordinators who boasted of possessing the most powerful Magikarp and Feebas in existence.
