Synopsis

Ash and his friends decided to take a break for some surfing. While riding the waves, Ash unfortunately lost consciousness, but was quickly rescued by a surfer named Victor and his blue-eyed Pikachu, Puka. Victor then shared his ambition to surf Humungadunga, a legendary tsunami, and etch his name into surfing history.
