Synopsis

Amidst the city's bustle, the Pichu brothers gather their companions: Smoochum, Wooper, Magby, and Teddiursa, eager for play. Meowth is also in town, enjoying a respite from Team Rocket and envisioning a monument to its own glory. With a picnic basket in tow, it sets out to find a suitable location, but stumbles upon Smoochum along the way. Smoochum, laden with its own collection of trinkets, inadvertently wanders off with Meowth's basket. A chase ensues, with Smoochum fleeing towards the alley
