Synopsis

The warmth of a crackling fire is a winter comfort for many. Yet, the smoke it produces is a persistent source of trouble and potential health risks, as Dirk knows all too well. The wood burning by neighbors causes him breathing difficulties and disrupts his sleep. Reporting the issue to the local authorities yields little result. What recourse remains for him?
