Synopsis

Dixie discovered the curious art of hypnosis and, with a gleaming, whirling watch, began to weave illusions for Mr. Jinks. One moment, the hapless feline believed himself a dog, bounding with joyful abandon; the next, a soaring bird, fluttering through the air; then, a tiny mouse, scurrying in fear.
