Synopsis

Out on his sledge, Pingu spotted an ice pool and beside it, a flute. He picked up the instrument and blew, producing a rather jarring squeak. Excitedly, he hurried home to show Mother and Pinga his discovery, but they seemed unimpressed. A loud, screeching blast near Pinga’s ear sent her scurrying away, after which Mother suggested he go outside. He wandered into the village, filling the air with discordant noises, prompting residents to close their doors against the din. He startled two pen
