Synopsis

Pingu and his grandfather stood outside, admiring the moon, as Grandfather explained how one might reach it in a rocket. Inspired, Pingu decided he must visit that distant world, and upon returning home, hurried into the shed to retrieve a toolbox. Pinga came to ask what he was doing, and Pingu announced his intention to build a rocket for a trip to the moon; she eagerly offered her assistance.
