Synopsis

It's a blustery day, and inside, Pingu and Pinga are happily occupied, constructing a tower from building blocks. Mother empties the washing machine into a basket, setting it beside them. Pinga promptly turns the basket over her head and begins to run around, encouraged by Pingu’s playful urging.
