Synopsis

Walking home from school, Pingu noticed a lottery ticket vendor and paused to watch a man try his luck. The man’s attempt proved unsuccessful, and he stormed off in frustration. Just as Pingu was about to move on, the vendor drew his attention to the prizes: a car, an igloo, and the grand prize – a box of fish.
