Wambaugh maintains that Judge Bone, in the case, effectively brought the question of euthanasia to trial. Meanwhile, Kenny and Carter uncover evidence that Zack has been killing swans in a nearby pond. The proceedings, however, are far from straightforward. Wambaugh insists that Judge Bone's decision essentially put the issue of euthanasia itself on trial.
