Synopsis

When Candace is selected as Rutabaga princess and granted the honor of initiating the "Running of the Chinchillas," her friends construct vehicles adorned with the root vegetable. Meanwhile, miles away, Doofenshmirtz hatches a scheme to transform himself into a genuine Kinderlumper, hoping to intimidate Roger into ceding control of the Tri-State Area.
