Synopsis

A decade has passed since recent events, and Phineas now faces the weighty decision of choosing a university. Having recently learned of Isabella’s long-held affection for him, Phineas must find her before she departs for college and finally declare the depth of his feelings. Simultaneously, Doofenshmirtz is grappling with a profound mid-life crisis.
