Synopsis

Phineas and Ferb have devised a contraption to amplify the wind, and they put it to the test with enormous kites in the park. Candace believes she has finally found the opportunity to expose their escapades, especially now that their mother is redoing the backyard. Separately, Doofenshmirtz constructs a Water-Zalewator to commemorate a former sweetheart, a woman who once playfully drenched him, a gesture of affection that was ultimately followed by her giving him a wicker basket.
