Synopsis

As the boys labored over their tire swing, Buford detached a piece, and the resulting projectile unexpectedly struck Candace. A strange ray emanated from the impact, transforming her into a fly. Separately, Doofenshmirtz was grappling with a familiar affliction: a debilitating case of inventive stagnation.
