Synopsis

At a loss for a birthday present for Jeremy, Candace hesitantly turns to Phineas and Ferb for assistance in devising the perfect gift. Elsewhere, Doofenshmirtz plots to manifest anxieties into tangible realities with his Worst-Fear-Inator, only to find his schemes unravel as he is confronted by his own deepest terrors.
