Synopsis

Upon discovering Monty and Vanessa’s clandestine affair, Carl offers Monty a bribe for assistance in securing recognition from Monogram. Simultaneously, Candace is overjoyed to learn that her neighbor, Peggy McGee, has observed Phineas and Ferb's summer escapades and is willing to recount them to Mom. Elsewhere, Dr. Doofenshmirtz invents the "Inflator-inator," a device designed to silence his neighbor’s daily bagpipe performances.
