Synopsis

Phineas and his friends throw Isabella a grand birthday celebration, yet her heart truly desires only a quiet moment with Phineas. Elsewhere, Doofenshmirtz has fitted his Bugs Me-Inator onto a nefarious bug bus and is traversing Danville, transforming everything that irritates him into actual insects.
