Synopsis

Driven by a desire to unveil the legendary Chupacabra to a skeptical world, the boys embark on their quest. But Candace, impatient with the prospect of waiting, feels compelled to demonstrate its existence to their mother first. Separately, Doofenshmirtz conceives of a scheme: employing his Switch-Place-Inator to transfer hair from one individual to another, a process he intends to leverage for the sale of his hair-growth tonic.
