Synopsis

The disappearance of Pinky prompts Phineas and Ferb to construct a device designed to heighten Buford’s senses to canine levels. The machine proves unexpectedly effective, however, threatening to expose the secret identities of the animal agents. Separately, Candace attempts to meet Jeremy for lunch at City Hall but finds herself unexpectedly detained by a mandatory tour.
