Synopsis

A curious accident befalls Candace; a brief contact with a peculiar device transforms her into a mutable fluid. Elsewhere, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, in a desperate bid to overcome his nemesis, has engineered a transformation into a platypus, preparing for confrontation with Perry the Platypus.
