Synopsis

Candace’s attempts to supervise Phineas and Ferb take a disastrous turn when Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s latest invention, the “Babe-inator,” transforms her brothers into infants. Following a sudden realization, Dr. Doofenshmirtz appears at the OWCA, intending to abandon his villainous pursuits. Agent P is compelled to instruct Dr. Doofenshmirtz in the ways of heroism, but their partnership quickly unravels when the disgruntled scientist inadvertently reveals the secret identity of a fellow agent.
