Synopsis

When the boys solicit Candace’s input on their day's activities, she subtly proposes they devise a device to lure their mother home, a scheme intended to finally catch her brothers in the act. Separately, Dr. Doofenshmirtz has created a “Baby-Cry-Inator,” a contraption designed to damage his brother’s reputation with the public.
