Synopsis

Phineas and Ferb concoct a unique language, which swiftly gains popularity. Candace, however, awakens from a massage to find herself surrounded by a baffling linguistic landscape; everyone converses in a tongue she doesn't recognize. Separately, Dr. Doofenshmirtz resolves to employ propaganda as the core of his latest invention, convinced that the public’s susceptibility to written words will guarantee its success.
