Synopsis

Determined to bring attention to their town, Phineas and Ferb embark on a project to construct the world's tallest building. But Candace, with the help of Albert and his considerable skills, intends to foil her brothers’ efforts. Elsewhere, Dr. Doofenshmirtz seeks to orchestrate all the nefarious deeds plaguing the Tri-State Area. Believing evil flourishes under the full moon, he devises a plan to manipulate the lunar cycle, ensuring that only the moon's shadowed face is visible to Earth.
