Synopsis

Phineas and Ferb are constructing an all-terrain vehicle capable of traversing the most challenging landscapes, and even scaling buildings. Simultaneously, Candace and Stacy attend a leadership seminar where Candace gleans the strategies necessary to finally expose her brothers' schemes. Dr. Doofenshmirtz, meanwhile, is broadcasting his Telethon of Evil.
