Synopsis

When the neighborhood boys construct an Anti-Gravity Fun Launcher, Carl inadvertently intercepts their schematics. Mistaking their project for a scheme orchestrated by Dr. Doofenshmirtz, he undertakes an undercover mission to ascertain the true nature of their endeavor. Simultaneously, Perry the Platypus endeavors to locate a missing agent, while Dr. Doofenshmirtz himself obtains the very blueprints, intending to apply them to a rather pressing parking dilemma on his own street.
