Synopsis

Vanessa Doofenshmirtz endeavors to persuade her father that she is sufficiently responsible for a car of her own. Her task hinges on procuring a peculiar chemical for him, a hopeful maneuver to alleviate her frequent rides on the family scooter. The sprawling mega-mall becomes the stage for a spirited pursuit of the substance, passed back and forth between Candace and Stacy, Buford and Baljeet, and Ferb, who joins Vanessa's endeavor with the quiet aspiration of finally capturing her attention.
