Synopsis

Phineas and Ferb resolve to accomplish nothing whatsoever with their day. Candace, confronted with the impossibility of exposing her brothers' idleness, begins to question the very meaning of her existence. Elsewhere, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, weary of his perceived lack of aesthetic appeal, conceives of a device capable of bestowing ugliness upon anything – or anyone.
